State to auction off cars, trucks, equipment to public

PHOENIX — The Arizona Department of Transportation will hold its fall auction of used cars, trucks and heavy equipment Saturday.
Bidding for the as-is inventory begins at 8 a.m. but gates open at 6 a.m., at the department’s equipment services auction yard, 2350 S. 22nd Ave. (near Lower Buckeye Road), Phoenix.
Starting Wednesday, the auction items will be available for inspection, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., each day through Friday.
