FLORENCE, Ariz. Pinal County authorities say they've made an arrest in a 2009 cold case.

Prosecutors say 54-year-old Arturo Jimenez has been charged in the death of 92-year-old Norberto Castro of Eloy.

They say Castro was killed on Sept. 24, 2009.

Jimenez was arraigned Friday on charges of first-degree premeditated murder and second-degree burglary.

He's being held on a $750,000 bond. A pretrial conference is scheduled for Dec. 2.

Jimenez was indicted by a county grand jury on Oct. 14.

It's unclear if he has a lawyer yet for his case.
