BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. -- Two teenagers and two adults are dead after a car and an SUV collided south of Bullhead City in northwestern Arizona.

The state Department of Public Safety says the crash occurred about 7 p.m. Monday along State Route 95.

DPS says the crash is under investigation, but it appears the car was going above the posted speed limit and swerved into the oncoming SUV.

Both occupants of the car were declared dead at the scene- 17-year-old Sean Anthony Ward of Moore, Okla., and 14-year-old Jessica Qualkenbush of Fort Mohave, Ariz.

Two Mohave Valley men in the SUV- 51-year-old James Scott Burford and 53-year-old William Burford- died at a hospital.

It's unclear if the two men were related and the relationship between Ward and Qualkenbush wasn't immediately available.
