PHOENIX -- Phoenix police said a man stabbed his wife and teenage Monday morning during an altercation at their home.

The wounds were not life-threatening. The man fled the home at 19th and Southern avenues and has not been found.

Police said the mother and son were among six people in the home when the attack occurred.

The husband and wife were fighting when he stabbed her and the son was stabbed when he tried to intervene, according to a local news report.

No identities have been released.
