Website ranks 2 Phoenix suburbs among top 100 best places to live

PHOENIX — Scottsdale and Tempe have been ranked among the top 100 best places to live, according to a website.
Livability.Com rated cities with populations between 20,000 and 350,000 people and put Tempe at No. 43. Scottsdale checked in at No. 89.
The report is based on eight categories, including economics, housing, education and health care.
Scottsdale scored high in education and amenities as well as social and civic capital. Tempe scored high in infrastructure and education as well as amenities.
The top two cities were Palo Alto, Calif., and Boulder, Colo.
Earlier this year, the website ranked Tempe as being among the most affordable vacation spots in the nation.
