GILBERT, Ariz. – Gilbert’s Historic Heritage District is about to get a lot more modern.
LGE Design Build has broken ground on the first phase of the Heritage Marketplace, a 31,000-square foot, two-story office and retail building.
Fox Concept’s Zinburger and the popular Lolo’s Chicken and Waffles will occupy two of the restaurant spaces.
“Gilbert has become an increasingly desirable location for these types of projects,” said President David Sellers. “This is a perfect location for these tenants and this development.”
Phase I will cost $7 million and completion is expected by the summer of 2014. Future expansion phases have already been planned.
