PHOENIX -- A high pollution advisory has been issued for the Phoenix metropolitan area Wednesday.
The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality said cooler temperatures are expected to bring strong winds to the area along with potential for blowing dust in the Valley.
The Maricopa County Air Quality Department also is enforcing a mandatory "No Burn Day" restriction for the day.
