PHOENIX — Forget about the stress of running out and pumping money into a kiosk or meter for more parking time. Arizona State University’s parking and transit services (PTS) will be rolling out the Parkmobile System by the end of the month.
“Our customers had been asking for more and different options to pay for parking. It’s about convenience,” said Gabe Mendez with ASU PTS.
The Parkmobile system allows drivers to use their mobile phone to pick a place to park, pay for it and get alerts — giving drivers the opportunity to extend the parking time if needed.
