GOLDEN VALLEY, Ariz. -- Authorities in northwestern Arizona said human remains have been found in a wash in Golden Valley.

Mohave County Sheriff's officials said deputies were called to a desert area Saturday after hikers reported finding the remains.

Authorities said the decomposed remains appear to be that of a man.

They're working to identify the remains and said the cause of death will come from an autopsy.
