FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -- A festival showcasing American Indian arts and culture is expected to draw thousands of people to downtown Flagstaff this weekend.

The two-day festival that ends Sunday features six-time world champion hoop dancer Nakotah LaRance, flute player Ed Kabotie, traditional social dances, and traditional and contemporary art.

The event in its fourth year is sponsored by the Hopi Tribe's economic development corporation.
