PHOENIX -- Authorities in Phoenix have raided a convenience store and made several additional arrests in an ongoing investigation into gang activities.
Police suspected the store was used for criminal activities, including drug sales and prostitution.
Three people arrested Thursday night included two store employees. Police said the owner was detained for questioning but not charged.
Police said the raid was related to nine arrests made last week at an apartment complex near Interstate 17 and Glendale Avenue.
