FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -- Authorities say charges are pending against four juveniles accused of damaging an FAA tower in Flagstaff.

Flagstaff police say the four were arrested and interviewed and then handed over to their parents.

Their names and ages haven't been released.

A police officer reported seeing four juveniles trespassing on the property and damaging the structure Sunday.

Police say the arrests cap an investigation into a string of incidents reported between May and September at the tower.

The VHF Omnidirectional Range Navigation System is located near Ponderosa Trails and Pulliam Airport in Flagstaff.

Inbound flights rely on the device to help with navigation.
