BUCKEYE, Ariz. -- Two young brothers and another boy waiting for a school bus have been released from a hospital after being struck by a car in Buckeye, west of Phoenix.

Maricopa County Sheriff's officials say the children are ages 6, 7 and 13 and all three suffered minor injuries.

They were among six children waiting for their bus about 7:15 a.m. Tuesday when the three were struck by a car driven by an 18-year-old Buckeye woman.

Authorities say the children were west of the intersection at the time of the accident. Their names haven't been released.

Sheriff's officials say speed and impairment aren't factors in the accident. They say an investigation is continuing and it's still undetermined if the woman will be cited for any civil infractions.
