PHOENIX — Police arrested a man Friday who is believed to have shot and killed his neighbor.
According to Phoenix Police Sgt. Steve Martos, the shooting took place near 51st Street and Thomas just before Noon.
When police arrived an adult male was in front of his house and had suffered gunshot wounds. Witnesses identified both the shooter and victim as the two men who lived across from each other.
Martos said police have learned the feud between the neighbors has gone on for a few months, even years possibly.
