PHOENIX — After a late-morning visit with antagonistic Phoenix constituents, U.S. Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) went to Tucson and told a town hall crowd that “maybe we should legalize marijuana.”
McCain: “Maybe we should legalize. We're certainly moving that way as far as marijuana is concerned. I respect the will of the people”

For the most part, McCain discussed his support of U.S. military action in Syria, as he did in his Phoenix town hall. According to the newspaper, that meeting was as lively as the Burton Barr Library gathering.
Immigration was also a topic.
McCain will be in Prescott on Friday.
