ALEXANDRIA, La. -- An Arizona man and an Elmer, La., woman face hundreds of charges in a Rapides Parish child-pornography investigation.

The Town Talk reported the investigation started after a complaint was filed with deputies in Tioga.

Authorities said a former resident of Phoenix, Kyle Smith Hauenstein, is believed to have received child pornography from Vanasselberg.

Dorothy Jean Vanasselberg, 31, of Elmer was booked on charges including aggravated incest, aggravated sexual battery, pornography with juveniles and indecent behavior with a juvenile.

Hauenstein, 38, is being held in Rapides Parish on 353 counts of pornography with a juvenile plus multiple counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile, sexual battery and aggravated incest. Hauenstein was extradited to Rapides Parish after he was arrested on a fugitive warrant in Oregon. He was booked in Alexandria on Aug. 31

Bond for each was more than $2 million. No information was available Wednesday on their attorneys or court dates.

Rapides Sheriff William Earl Hilton said it is one of the biggest child pornography cases in the parish's history.
