PHOENIX -- Authorities say a 63-year-old man is in custody for allegedly using a mirror to watch a teenage girl change in a Goodwill store dressing room in Phoenix.

Phoenix police say Victor Miguel Villalobos was arrested at his home on suspicion of unlawful viewing of a minor.

They say the 14-year-old girl saw the mirror being used to look under the dressing room Sunday and called for her mother, who saw the man leaving the area.

The mother followed the man out of the store, but police couldn't locate him. But left behind in a dressing room were keys to a minivan that police say was registered to Villalobos.

Villalobos didn't have an attorney at his arraignment Tuesday. He was released on his own recognizance pending a Sept. 17 status conference.
