MADISON, Wis. -- Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer has extended her stay in Wisconsin following a weekend meeting in Milwaukee.

Gov. Scott Walker says Brewer toured the state Capitol in Madison on Monday morning. Walker says he even provided some members of her entourage with cream puffs, a popular item at the Wisconsin State Fair going on this week near Milwaukee.

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie hit the fair with his family on Friday. He and Brewer and about 20 other governors were in Milwaukee for a National Governors Association meeting that concluded Sunday.

Walker says North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple is also staying in Wisconsin beyond the meeting, vacationing in Door County. And he says South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard came to the state early for a family reunion in Wisconsin Dells.
