TUCSON, Ariz. -- A teenager is in custody in connection with vandalism at Saguaro National Park East in Tucson.

Tucson police say the 16-year-old boy is accused of spray-painting graffiti on saguaros and boulders at the park in May.

They say the teen also is suspected in at least 140 incidents of graffiti throughout Tucson.

He was arrested Monday and is being held on suspicion of two counts of felony vandalism.

The name of the teen hasn't been released.
