FLORENCE -- The clerk of court for Pinal County says a security issue in the county's case management system allowed the County Attorney's Office to look at two sealed documents to which the agency wasn't supposed to have access.

Clerk of the Superior Court Chad Roche tells the Casa Grande Dispatch that he's taking measures to resolve the matter.

Roche says he instructed his staff to take immediate precautions and he removed all access to sealed and restricted court documents.

Access still will be granted to judges hearing cases of a similar nature.

Roche says his office is pursuing a solution to the security issue.
