PHOENIX - Police are investigating a Phoenix business believed to be illegally selling marijuana.

Between five and 10 individuals were detained at the Vapor Lounge near 43rd Avenue and Dunlap Avenue Thursday, according to Phoenix Police spokesman Steve Martos.

Martos said customers came in and paid "donations" in exchange for the drug. The business also sold edibles with liquid THC, which is a crime in Arizona.

The business is not a licensed dispensary.
