PHOENIX — Are you looking for a way to help the families or community of Yarnell, Ariz., where 19 firefighters were killed Sunday?
KTAR, Arizona Sports and 98.7 The Peak announced Monday that the three stations would be working with both the 100 Club of Arizona, a charity that benefits the families of fallen firefighters and police officers, and the Grand Canyon Chapter of the Red Cross to collect donations to benefit the town of Yarnell.
To donate, text the word “FIRE” to either 411923, 620620 or 411987. You will receive a response with a link to both charities.
As of Monday morning, the Yarnell Fire had burned 8,300 acres and was zero percent contained.
