After an interview on Fox Live it is very apparent that Sheriff Joe Arpaio is far from confident on border control issues.

During the interview Arpaio discussed the immigration bill amendment and said:

"[Undocumented immigrants] are very, very innovative. You'll never secure the border, to say you're not going to enforce the illegal immigration laws in the interior and blame it on the border, that's just a copout."

Later in the interview Arpaio suggested working closely with Mexico's government, federal police and the Mexican army in order to really control illegal immigration.

Arpaio said:

"We should send the border patrol or some military over there to help the President of Mexico to work together and get the job done, if you're really serious about it."
