PHOENIX -- Want to report immigration abuses or racial profiling in Arizona? There's an app for that.
KPHO-TV reported that a new mobile app aimed at reporting abuses stemming from the state's harsh SB1070 immigration law is set to be unveiled Tuesday by the American Civil Liberties Union of Arizona.
The app is part of a bilingual campaign to encourage state residents to report abuses under what the group calls Arizona's racial profiling law.
Other facets of the campaign include multimedia presentations, videos and interactive Web features for people to report abuses.
The ACLU set up a community hotline for people to report cases of racial profiling and illegal detention after the U.S. Supreme Court upheld a section of the law a year ago.
