FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -- A Flagstaff man is in custody after being charged with DUI for the third time in two months.

Coconino County Sheriff's officials say 39-year-old Jimmy Curley Jr. was arrested Tuesday night after witnesses reported seeing the pickup truck he was driving strike three other vehicles in the Doney Park area.

Deputies found Curley at his home and say he allegedly showed signs of impairment.

He was taken to the county detention facility for additional DUI testing.

Sheriff's officials say Curley's license is suspended after being arrested twice for DUI since April 30. Those cases still are pending.

Curley is being held on $45,000 bond on suspicion of aggravated DUI, endangerment and leaving the scene of an accident.

Authorities didn't immediately know Wednesday if Curley has a lawyer for his cases.
