The Arizona mother accused of drug smuggling is being released from Mexican jail, according to ABC News and multiple media outlets on Thursday night.

Maldonado, 42, is the mother of seven children and has repeatedly denied the charges against her.

A surveillance video surfaced on Thursday showing Maldonado boarding a bus without the bags of marijuana. She was seen climbing onto the bus carrying a purse a couple bottles of water. Before boarding she handed her husband Gary a pair of folded blankets.

Maldonado was accused of smuggling 12 pounds of marijuana under her bus seat on May 22. She and her husband were on their way back to the United States for a funeral.
