Registered sex offender in Phoenix is sentenced
PHOENIX -- A registered sex offender has been sentenced to 14 years in prison and lifetime probation for child molestation in Phoenix.
Maricopa County prosecutors say 32-year-old Devon Anderson was sentenced Thursday.
He was accused of molesting two children at Phoenix public libraries in February 2012 and violating his probation as a sex offender.
Phoenix police say Anderson was identified through library records and later described by witnesses as the suspect in separate incidents days apart involving 4-year-old children.
