MISSOULA, Mont. -- A 29-year-old Missoula man who is serving a three-year prison term for sexually abusing a young girl in Arizona in 2006 is charged with raping that same girl in Missoula two years earlier.

The Missoulian reported Justice of the Peace Karen Orzech set bail for Stanford Allen Lewis Jr. at $100,000.

Missoula County prosecutors charged Lewis with sexual intercourse without consent for an assault on the girl in 2004, when she was 6 or 7.

Last year, he was sentenced to three years in prison in Arizona after entering an Alford plea to sexually motivated child abuse. Under the plea, he acknowledged prosecutors had enough evidence to gain a conviction.
