PHOENIX — A bomb threat Tuesday morning cleared the site of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office under construction.
Bomb squad deputies searched the area at Sixth Avenue and Jackson Street and found a suspicious device but it was determined to be non-threatening and workers were allowed to return in less then two hours.
Bomb techs were called because of a message written on a wall that a bomb had been planted inside.
