PHOENIX — Dawn Lay drove from Sedona, Ariz., with expectations of winning one of the Health & Wealth Raffle’s grand prizes.
Lay never would have guessed she had won the $1 million grand prize until raffle managers revealed the big check live on local television Tuesday morning.
The raffle, in its 10th year, has raised over $50 million for St. Joseph’s Hospital and Barrow’s Neurological Institute.
