A Tucson school was evacuated Thursday after a suspicious backpack was found nearby.

According to kvoa.com, the backpack was found in the parking lot of a mental health center and the school was evacuated as a precaution.

Students and faculty at AmeriSchools were taken to the Hughes Federal Credit Union. Parents were able to pick their children up there.

Police gave an all-clear about one hour later.
