On Monday Scottsdale-based Students Supporting Brain Tumor Research will be giving the money raised in its February walkathon to Phoenix Children's Hospital.

The group has raised almost $2 million over the past 12 years. The check presentation is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at the hospital.

Adams Traditional Elementary from the Anthem area of Phoenix, Desert Heights Charter School of Glendale, Shadow Mountain High School and University of Arizona Medical School, both from Phoenix, were among the participating schools at the Saguaro High School event.
