2 Tucson men accused of sexually exploiting minors
TUCSON -- Authorities say two Tucson men are in custody for their alleged involvement in separate incidents of sexual exploitation of minors.
Tucson police say 23-year-old Alexander Peth was arrested on suspicion of having sexual contact multiple times with a 13-year-old girl in February when he was a snowboard instructor at an Arizona ski resort.
They say Peth is being held on suspicion of three counts of sexual conduct with a minor, one count of attempted sexual conduct with a minor and one count of luring a minor for sexual exploitation.
Police say 50-year-old Richard Braun is jailed on suspicion of five felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
They say the department's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit alleges that Braun was in possession of images of children being sexually abused.
