PHOENIX -- Police have ended the bomb-threat evacuation of Longview Elementary School Thursday.

at Indian School Road and 12th Street in Phoenix.

A search of the campus at Indian School Road and 12th Street turned up no explosive device.

Police said a woman called the school about 7 a.m. and said there was a bomb in a trash can.

Students were diverted to nearby Montecito Elementary but began returning to Longview a little before 9 a.m.

AIMS testing began this week.
