CHANDLER, Ariz. -- Authorities say a Chandler man is dead in what police are calling a suspicious death.
A city worker reported seeing a man dragging someone out an apartment and then leaving the body outside about 10:30 a.m. Monday.
A SWAT team responded to the scene.
The man was taken into custody, but police say he's now been released and is not considered a suspect.
His name hasn't been released.
Police say the man found outside the apartment has been identified as 52-year-old Jose Leon Vasquez.
They say it's unclear how Vasquez died and it'll be up to Maricopa County medical examiner to determine that.
