PHOENIX -- A car fire in the parking lot of a Phoenix hotel that was called in as a possible bomb warning forced the evacuation of almost 50 people Monday morning.

Police received a call that a car could be filled with explosive material in the parking lot of the Victory Inn near Bell Road and 17th Avenue.

Employees and guests were let back in after about 90 minutes.
