Jodi Arias juror excused, court cites health reasons

A second juror has been allowed to leave the Jodi Arias trial.

Juror No. 11 was excused from the trial on Friday because of health reasons.

“Juror No. 11 is ill. The court has excused him from further participation in this trial,” Judge Sherry Stephens told the court.

On April 2, Juror No. 5 was released from the case after allegedly making statements that could influence the opinions of other jurors.

The Arias trial entered it’s 46th day on Friday.
