WIKIEUP, Ariz. -- Southbound travel on the highway that is a main travel route between Phoenix and Las Vegas resumed in northwestern Arizona after being closed several hours because of a one-vehicle accident Thursday morning.

Southbound lanes of US 93, about seven miles south of Wikieup, were closed because of the accident, but traffic has resumed in both directions.

The Arizona Department of Transportation said traffic in both directions is using northbound lanes while the southbound lanes are cleaned up.

There's no estimate on full reopening and drivers should expect delays in the meantime.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety said a tractor-trailer rig rolled over but that nobody was injured.

Wikieup is located between Interstate 40 and Wickenburg and is approximately 130 miles northwest of Phoenix.
