Basha family preparing to say goodbye to Eddie

PHOENIX — The Basha family is preparing for the memorial service this weekend for legendary grocer, Eddie Basha, who passed away suddenly last week.
“We’ve been truly humbled by the outpouring of sympathies and codolences,” said Trey Basha, Eddie Basha’s eldest son. “It’s a reflection not on us, but upon Eddie. It’s helped us, it’s helped us heal.”
Eddie Basha will be remembered Saturday, April 6 at 10 a.m. at ASU Gammage. Organizers urged the public to arrive early for the service.
