The Colorado River at the Grand Canyon was ranked as one of the best places in the world to go whitewater rafting.
Wildjunket.net rated the river as the second-best place in the world to go whitewater rafting.
The river was praised for its hiking paths, Native American ruins, Grand Canyon view, camping sites and beaches.
Zimbabwe’s Zambezi River topped the list.
