PHOENIX -- Westbound Interstate 10 has reopened Monday after an hourslong closure at the Buckeye Road off-ramp.

A tractor trailer rollover shut down the freeway near Sky Harbor Airport.

The accident, near the Interstate 17 split, happened around 6 a.m. By 6:40, traffic was backed up to the Salt River Bridge.

The Arizona Department of Transportation tweeted the reopening around 9:10 a.m.
