PHOENIX -- An April 9 trial date has been set for a man who's accused of sending his nephew into a street with a fake grenade launcher as he filmed the masked teen pointing it at passing cars.

Michael David Turley has pleaded not guilty to falsely perpetuating a terrorism act for the July 28 incident in northwest Phoenix.

Police who had responded to calls about the fake grenade launcher were told that the two were filming a movie and took down their names and left.

But Turley was later arrested after police interviewed people who called emergency services and later saw the video posted on YouTube.

A narrator in the video said he wanted to see how long it took authorities to respond.

AZ gun nuts are all talk less action. All those cars passing by and not 1, not even 1 patriot opens fire? Or perhaps people take the "it takes a good man with a gun..." comment to literally and they didn't act because they too didn't have a rocket launcher....
