According to Phoenix Business Journal, the Chicago-style hot dog restaurant Portillo's will be hiring more staff for its Scottsdale location.

The restaurant will be interviewing at job fairs at the Doubletree Suites by Hilton in Phoenix on March 26, or the Hilton in Mesa on March 27.

The restaurant opened in late February.

    Portillo's (Heaven!!!!!!!!!!) is gearing up to open a second location at the Tempe Marketplace, so that is why they are staffing. If you have not been there yet, go get in line and see what real Chicagoans eat. Peace
