Five people were arrested in February on suspicion of being part of a shoplifting ring that stole nearly $30,000 worth of goods from Valley drug stores.
On Feb. 15, police arrested Tiffany Galiendo-Flores, 27, David Guimont, 40, and Juanita Guimont, 39. About two weeks later, police arrested Andrea Hammerle, 21, and Charles Hammerle, 31.
Surveillance video shows the suspects shoving cosmetics, medication and hygiene products down seemingly baggy pants. However, it is believed the suspects wore a second pair of pants underneath and taped the ankles to prevent the items from falling out.
The suspects are believed to have taken lists from people, stolen the goods and then sold them.
