Wrong-way driver causes accident on I-17 in Phoenix

PHOENIX -- A serious accident involving a wrong-way vehicle closed part of southbound Interstate 17 in north Phoenix Monday morning.
Authorities said a woman and her daughter were seriously injured when their car collided with another vehicle going the wrong way in the southbound HOV lane of the freeway at Dixleta Drive.
