As the battle over the use of drones heats up, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has provided a letter that may take the fight out of some critics.

In a simple letter, Holder informs Sen. Rand Paul that the president may not authorize certain drone strikes on American soil.

Dear Senator Paul:

It has come to my attention that you have now asked an additional question: "Does the President have the authority to use a weaponized drone to kill an American not engaged in combat on American soil?" The answer to that question is no.

Sincerely, Eric H. Holder, Jr.

Well, at least that's settled.

This is merely an opinion, it has no force of law. Obama, like many presidents before him utterly disregards both constitution and law.

    So what Holder said
the other day 'has authority to use drone strikes to kill Americans on US soil'. Obama has trained Holder well in how to lie.
