PHOENIX -- A 4-month-old baby has been found unharmed inside an apartment near 38th Avenue and McDowell Road where a man and a woman were found dead early Wednesday morning.
Police were called by a neighbor who heard gunshots at approximately 2 a.m. According to police, one victim was a 20-year-old woman and the other a man in his 20s or early 30s.
The baby boy was turned over to child welfare services.
