PHOENIX -- Immigration proponents are hosting a daylong rally aimed at persuading local voters to back comprehensive immigration reform.

The immigrants' rights group Promise Arizona is hosting the celebration and voter registration event in downtown Phoenix on Saturday.

The event at the First Institutional Baptist Church in Phoenix starting at 10 a.m. will feature a neighborhood walk to reach out to voters, Mexican folk dancing and speeches.

The rally marks the end of a four-day immigrants' rights bus tour across Arizona hosted by Promise Arizona. The tour strove to highlight families disrupted by local and federal immigration policies.

The group met Friday with Democratic U.S. Rep. Raul Grijalva, a proponent of immigration reform.

    The only reform...
...we need is to make it harder to enter this country, get tough on employers and make it easier to deport any illegal immigrant. No amnesty. You act like we owe you something. Go to any other countries and try this crap and see what happens. Or what about how illegals caught in Mexico are treated. If you don't know, they are robbed, raped, beaten and sometimes killed by both authorities and civilians alike.

    DNA on all of them
does this mean they support having to go through the legal immigration process? After all I would think they wouldnt want to support break laws. or encouraging immigrants to risk their lives crossing the desert.

    Undocumented ?
Why bother wasting a Saturday downtown, your transparent and progressive Federal Government released hundreds/thousands of incarcerated illegals onto the streets of Arizona and elsewhere this past week because of cuts due to their failure to agree on a budget. And they did this before any cuts even happened??? Why is this not reported locally? Napolitano says she had no involvement in this decision but reuses to say who approved this release of felons. Gov. Jan Brewer is on fire ! So just wait for your King to proclaim "ally ally in free" ! L.O.L. Where is this front page news flash MEDIA ?

Who Do You Think Had Them Released
It was in border States that Obama had them released. Texas, California and Arizona. There must of been a major Cartel member he wanted out in Georgia also because they were let out there also. I believe our president is in bed with the Cartel and a lot of money helped out with his re-election campaign. All these little start up marijuana dispensaries are not just your mom and pop stores and if they are the Cartel will be knocking on their doors for their cut. If you for one minute think that the Cartel isn't in control of this situation with guns on our soil your the crazy ones.

These peoples that are thinking they might have a legit business at any time this government can seize these businesses. This government everyday now is seizing property without any real justification and putting once wealthy people in jail. Example the tomato farmer in California they wanted to seize his growing operation I believe. Google Fredrick Scott Salyer former owner of SK Foods. No one really came to aid him in his defense only corrupt lawyers wanting a slice of his wealth. Others that wanted his hydrophonic growing operation for what our new industry of course "POT".

How much jail time did Martha Stewart get, maybe a year. Did they steal her business out from under her? No, because she was to much of a public person and there would of been an out cry. This man, Fredrickick Scott Salyer, they took everything he owned. Do you know there are patents on seeds to grow food. Good luck in growing your own garden to feed your family someday. What food producing industries we do have left here will be turned into dust all for the industry of "POT". Wise-up to what is really going on people.
