Weekend freeway restrictions March 1-4

Drivers Valleywide can expect a painless driving weekend, but two restrictions will have an affect on the extremities of the city.
• Grand Avenue will be closed at 19th Avenue and McDowell Road from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for utility work.
• Southbound Loop 202 will be down to one lane between Brown and Hawes roads from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday for road maintenance.
