Tempe’s Arizona Mills will be getting two new stores and an expansion of one of its present stores.
According to Phoenix Business Journal, Arizona Mills will be getting a Conn’s, an O’Niell and a Shoe Palace, while its H&M will expand to include a children’s department.
California based O’Niell, which sells beachwear, surfboards and surfboard equipment will open in May, while Texas-based electronics store Conn’s will open in the summer and will sell furniture and lawn equipment as well as electronics.
The expanding H&M will host a grand re-opening on March 14.
Aside from just small store openings, the Phoenix Premium Outlets is still set to open in the southeast Valley in the near future.
